If a learner does not have a South African birth certificate with an ID number, submit a copy of the learner's passport or asylum document.
- Passport size photo for child x2
- Copy of birth certificate x1
- Registration fee: R700 non-refundable in cash
- ID or passport copy of parents or guardian x1
- Copy of health card immunisation page
- Proof of employment or 3-month bank statement
- Proof of residence not older than three months
- Grade R certificate and report for Grade 1 application
- Previous school report and transfer letter from Grade 2 upwards
